    Position Summary

    We are accepting applications for a hardworking, detail  oriented Housekeeping Inspector, responsible for ensuring the Housekeeping staff cleans and maintains guest rooms and public spaces thoroughly, in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.


    Other duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and House persons on a floor or designated area to ensure all rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards
    • Visually inspect guest rooms and corridors for cleanliness and appearance
    • Verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms
    • Report all deficiencies in guest rooms and corridors to the Engineering department.
    • Assist room attendants and house persons in securing all supplies and tools necessary for the completion of their jobs and be ready to step in and support them as needed to ensure efficient operation.
    • Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner


    For you to be the ideal candidate, you should have the following:

    • Excellent customer service, as well as written and oral communication skills
    • Must be detail-oriented in inspecting cleaned rooms and public spaces and in the general management of the housekeeping department
    • Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying inquiries made guests, and co-workers
    • Must possess a minimum of 6 months' of of Housekeeping supervisory experience in a hotel environment
    • Basic computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and other required systems
