    DoubleTree by Hilton Jacksonville Riverfront Hotel

    Position Summary

    Full time PM Front Desk Agent that will work mainly 3PM-11PM. Will be assisting guests with checking in and communicating if there are any issues that need to be resolved. The PM Front Desk Agent is the first impression of the Hotel to the guest and should always be happy and ready to care and assist the guest at all times. It is a busy and energetic enviornment that encourages leadership empowerment and teambuilding every day. 

    Responsibilities

    • Must Attend to all guest needs and requests and direct them to the appropriate department.
    • Answer phone calls and guest emails.
    • Respond and problem solve with a positive attitude and smile at all times.
    • Set up arrivals and departures for the next shift.
    • Must be able to make it right when there are concerns or issues.
    • Constantly communicating to other team members and guests; especially when shifts change over. 
    • Work on reservations systems and microsoft.
    • Must be able to stand 5- 8 hours at a time. 

    Qualifications

    Hotel Experience preferred. 

    Hilton Experience preferred.

    Able to work with computer systems and quickly learn our Hotel's reservation program.
