The beautiful Four Points by Sheraton has an opening for an experienced evening Line Cook for our 117 room upscale hotel, featuring 1275 square feet of banquet space and a two-meal restaurant. This is generally a five shift per week position. We are looking for flexible individual who is available for morning and evening shift.
As a Line Cook, you would be responsible for providing coverage in varied stations throughout the kitchen, including, but not limited to; sauté / grill, cold side, and pantry in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Previous line cooking experience in a full service restaurant environment.
