Our hotel name is inspired by the rise of Tampa's cigar industry and will provide local experiences with true Southern hospitality. Our signature restaurant, the Spaniard, offers open-air dining and innovative dishes from locally sources ingredients. Our hotel lobby features Buffalo Bayou serving locally ground coffees, teas as well as serving craft cocktails. This hotel boasts 222 well-appointed guest rooms and 10,000 square feet of meeting space. Located in the heart of Tampa's Westshore district, the hotel feels right at home surrounded by high-end residential neighborhoods and world-class shopping and dining. The hotel's art deco touches hearken back to a classic era where guests and customers always come first - a tradition the hotel proudly keeps alive to this day.

As a Guest Service Agent, you would be responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in and checkout and throughout their stay.
